Jackson Durham is a full-service event design house rich in experience, impeccable design, and unparalleled customer service. Led by Creative Director, Heath Alan Ray, Jackson Durham brings together both modern and traditional styles that result in a timeless designs. Our event design team has executed many successful destination weddings and events both nationally and internationally, all from our central location in Dallas, Texas. Jackson Durham was created to deliver a bespoke service. Bespoke is an old English word meaning “made to order”. We create with our clients, a design that is tailored to fit their individual style and needs.  In the Pinterest world that we live in, with so much accessible via the web, it’s more important than ever to focus on unique and fresh ways of seeing things. Trends will come and go, but a classic design, unique to each of our clients, will stand the test of time. Our clients become part of the Jackson Durham family and we are deeply invested in creating lifelong relationships and memories. Our unique approach to event design begins in our studio. We have assembled an incredibly talented team, made up of visual and floral artists along with creative individuals each known for their attention to detail and drive for perfect customer service. In house we offer space planning, floral plans, visual renderings, and floral design. We also offer our exclusive Jackson Durham luxury lounge and bar collections, along with sterling silver server trays, unique floral and plant containers, custom table linens, event drapery and more.

In addition to our in-house services, work with the nations top luxury rental vendors (linens, furniture rental, lighting, stationers, calligraphers) to provide you with a unique and timeless design. Our approach is collaborative and we’ve spent over a decade foraging these relationships. Our collaborative services include: event furniture/rental selection, lighting design and invitation/print design.

While we no longer offer wedding planning in-house, we have formed intimate relationships with the nations most exceptional planners and are happy to share with you our preferred planner list.

Partner & Creative Director

As Partner and Creative Director of Jackson Durham, Heath Alan is the award-winning creative force behind the company’s stunning Southern-inflected floral design. With over 20 years industry experience, clients from celebrities to athletes have turned to Heath Alan for his bespoke design philosophy to create both breathtaking and unforgettable events. Before opening Jackson Durham in Atlanta in 2009, Heath Alan worked as a floral designer for over nine years in Dallas, Memphis and New York City. While in New York, Heath Alan worked as the in-house florist at Henri Bendel along with other upscale clients such as MoMA, the American Museum of Natural History, MTV, the University of Florida, AOL Time Warner and the Peninsula Hotel among others.
